European Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in Italy with Legislative Decree 21/2014), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without having to provide any reason and without penalties.

Deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal
The term runs from the day of delivery of the product to the consumer or to a third party appointed by the consumer.

Communication methods
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send an explicit declaration (e.g. email to info@bearingtools.eu or via the online form available on the site) within 14 days.

Consumer obligations
Within 14 days from the day on which the consumer communicated his/her intention to withdraw, he/she must return the goods intact, complete with packaging, accessories and original documentation.

Return costs
Unless otherwise agreed, the direct costs of return are borne by the consumer.

Reimbursement
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of having sent the goods back, including standard delivery costs (any additional costs for a faster delivery method chosen by the consumer will not be refunded).

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure, perishable or which, for hygienic or health reasons, are left open after delivery.
