General Conditions of Sale

1. Object
These General Conditions regulate the online sale of ball bearings and spare parts (“Products”) from the Bearing Tools website to the Customer (consumer or company).

2. Offer and acceptance
Each offer is valid while stocks last. The order is considered accepted with written confirmation by e-mail from Bearing Tools.

3. Prices and payments
Prices are those indicated on the site at the time of ordering, VAT included unless otherwise indicated. Payment is required in advance by bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, PayPal Later (3 installments), or other enabled method. In the event of insolvency, Bearing Tools may suspend or cancel delivery.

4. Delivery and risks
Shipping is done with GLS or DHL couriers within the estimated times (2–5 standard working days; 1–3 days express). The risks pass to the Customer at the time of delivery to the carrier. In the event of a delay attributable to Bearing Tools, the Customer may request cancellation of the order after 30 days from the promised deadline.

5. Right of withdrawal and guarantees
The Consumer has 14 calendar days to withdraw without penalty, except for legal exceptions (custom-made goods or goods opened for hygiene reasons). The refund, including standard shipping costs, will take place within 14 days of the return of the intact Products. All Products are covered by a two-year guarantee for lack of conformity.

6. Retention of domain
Ownership of the Products remains with Bearing Tools until the price has been paid in full.

7. Responsibility
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, Bearing Tools’ liability is limited to the value of the Products purchased. Bearing Tools is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Force majeure
Extraordinary events (strikes, disasters, pandemics, customs blockades) suspend delivery obligations.

9. Data processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Bearing Tools Privacy Policy, visible on the site.

10. Applicable law and competent court
These conditions are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of residence is competent; in all other cases, exclusively the Court of [yourcity].

By completing and sending the order, the Customer declares that he has read, understood and fully accepted these General Conditions of Sale.
